T1 loop help

I have 2 RDB's that share 2 loops. Both RDB's are configured identically but I can only seize a trunk via the ACOD on the first RDB. Are the indiviual channels configured for inbound/outbound- if so how? I have several DID's that I have night call forwarding directly through the first RDB's ACOD then it calls DID's on another PRI (FAX SERVER). I am getting busies now calling that PRI- even though it will connect to any other NXX, I have Telco checking translations, but wanted to try the other RDB for testing...

Your ICOG prompt in the RDB is where you would allow incoming, outgoing or both.

ICOG IAO

Note that your provider has to allow the same.
 
I guess my confusion is that both Routes share loop 6 and 7. Route 21 has loop 7 channels 1-8 and loop 6 channels 9-16. Route 22 has the rest, so from what appears is that the CO has the rest of my channels on Route 22 for inbound only? ICOG is IAO for both routes which may be irrelevant if route 22 is inbound only at the telco side.

Am I on the right track ??? :>
 
Thanks- there is hope for me in Bars/Nars yet. I currently have my FAX Server DID's accessing my old COT trunks which is killing them with traffic. Hopefully telco can figure out why my T1 can't access a particular NXX...

if that nxx is broke via acod plus the nxx then it's on the carrier.. they have to add translations the same as our switch.. we need to contact our providers at times when a new nxx is turned up.. usually they catch it before we do.

Thanks for all the input- 339 (NXX) mysteriously started working again- Both telco vendors stated they did not make changes- that they want to admit :>

well mr governor. that is usually the case with providers.. something strange about those people.. i did not reread the complete post but i usually do either an entc (ld 80) to look for actual call setup or enl msgo x on the d in ld 96 to see the exact digits being sent.. if i'm sending the correct digits i can push the provider a lot harder..
