I amusing two Dell poweredge 2500 servers which have win200 server installed. Both machines have an industrial process program installed on them. Periodically both machines lock up and when rebooted give the error
Windows 2000 could not start because %SystemRoot%\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMced is missing or corrupt?
I have been told this is caused when the registry gets to big to boot. Is there any way of finding out what is adding to the registry to cause this
