Doesn't sound like a standard 101/102 microsoft compatible?
Has it got extra keys?
If so then it must have it's own drivers that no longer function properly.
you may need to reinstall the dedicated drivers that should have come with the system?
First uninstall in add/remove programs
Reinstall keyboard specific drivers, then go to my computer/control panel the keyboard should now have options to set country and Hotkey operations.
If you did not recieve drivers for your keyboard download them from the manufactures website. Martin Vote if you found this post helpful please!!
