Hi All!
I have M1 Opt11C with Mmail installed. I set up a thru-dial service, recorded announce for that but if a caller do not press anything for a period it reverts to Revert number with system voice like "Transferring to attendant..". Is it possible to get rid of that system voice?
"Suppress Prompt Yes" is not good since it suppress even my recorded voice..
thanks

no that is there by default and it is almost impossible to kill.. in call pilot you can remove the revert to shut her up..

Isn't there a 'Silent disconnect' option in the voicemenu?

If you set up the thru dial through a voice menu, go to that particular voice menu and change "Initial no Response & Delayed Response" to CL and put your revert number as the CL number and the recording "transfering to attendant...." will be gone.
