Is there a way to prevent when you have SSA open and it refreshes itself and then take overs as the active session? So you'll be typing and email, SSA will refresh and your no longer typing your email because SSA took over?

Im thinking its gotta be something with Java. What version off SSA are you running and what Version of Java. This didn't happen when I was using SSA R8.x
