For an IP Office with an IPOCC Call Center build on the Application Server Rel. 9.0.2, can the Call Center queues, use the System Source MOH on the IP500v2 or even any other external music source?

Thank you,

Queue music in IPOCC is an uploaded wav file or multiple wav files in a list
It can not use an external / player as a source

Queuing Music is uploaded .wav files into the IPOCC server. Once answered by an agent, the system MOH will be used.

That's what I thought, but we have a customer that purchased MOH through an MOH provider and hooked it up for this purpose and now I get to tell them it won't work. It's one of those satellite services so they can't be provided a .wav file from the provider. Thank you for the replies!!
