system resotre is Grayed out

when i go to System restore Tap >> its Grayed out, i can't Check or uncheck

i'm loggin with admin rights

any idea how to slove ? (its driving me crazy)
 
Is system restore enabled in system properties?
(Right click my computer/Poperties/System Rstore tab).

well, its totally grayed out, i can't enable or disable.

Currently its enabled, and i want to disable and i can't ..

i might have to change something in the registery, but i don't know where to find
 
Oh, OK, I thought you were going to start/programs/accessories/system tools/system restore

Likely there is a registry entry but I don't know it - sorry.

'Show hidden files and system files' .
On every partition locate a folder called 'system volume information' and check all permissions for 'admin' and 'system' users.
