SYSTEM Network Proxy? 1

So, to access the Internet and whatnot I need to set a network proxy, which I do in Internet Options.

However, I seem to need to redo this for each user. Or at least, after joining a domain and logging in as the Domain Admin, the Domain Admin was unable to access the Internet until I manually set his proxy also.

Do I have to redo this for each new user?

How do I set a proxy for services that use the SYSTEM account?

There is a GPO that allows you to switch proxy settings to be computer specific instead of user specific.
