Does anybody know how to change the protocol used to connect the system monitor. Normal systems use UDP but I have a system that can only be connected via TCP. System running v9

In monitor select File> Select Unit or press Ctrl+U, select protocol UDP or TCP.
Silly to ask, you can't possibly miss it if you want to connect to a system.

Thanks for the reply but I think that I did not make the question that clear. I know how to change the protocol when connecting to the system. It's that I can only connect via TCP and not UDP as normal. I am trying to run a Xima trial but that will only connect via the UDP protocol. No matter how I connect to it (LAN1/WAN1) or what PC/Laptop it won't work.

I think that is a Xima problem and not a IP Office problem.
Ask Xima, drop them a mail and I am sure they will give you a answer, they have a good support team.

Enable TFTP config read in security settings. [smile]

No more monkeys jumping on the bed.

Thanks holdmusic34 that did the trick. Well done
