System greeting replaying after selecting option

Meridian Mail - Opt 11 system, when dialing the main number and hearing the Main Greeting, there are 4 options and they all go to extensions using CL. For some reason the system sends the call to the correct phone but replays the System greeting and then the individual mailbox greeting and then the tone to record a message in the mailbox. How do I get Mermail to send the call directly to the mailbox after 4 rings on the phone. I've checked NCFW and it is the Mermail DN, I've checked the Voice Svc Admin programming and menu and everything looks right. What am I not checking?

CLS SFA on those 4 phones.

not just sfa.. after the mm transfers the call the station controls the next step.. the ncfw of the acd controls the call flow if all agenst are logged out or if you no agents are built..

i would test that.. that should put the call to the stations mb.. sfa should repeat the menu.. but try it both ways.. i'm not at work or i would do a quick test

OVL020 says another TTY has successfully logged in but I'm positive I'm the only one trying to access the system. How do I get these errors to stop?
