System error on both nodes

We have a cluster server in our company and this started last week. We are running W2K3 Advance server Enterprise edition on both nodes. On both the nodes, node1 and node2 in the event viewer\system we are experiencing error log of this nature.

and

Event ID : 11
Source : disk

"The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2.

http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp."

Is this a sure sign that the controller card is going to go out soon or is the harddisk 2 going to go out soon?
