System crashes when I attempt to make a ERD disk 1

Whenever I attempt to make a ERD disk on my win2k server it crashes with a blue screen with an error in INO_FLTR.SYS. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing it?

Are you using Inoculan from CA?

There is an update for this error from CA if you are.
