Hi all!

I have a Workstation that when a new user wants to log in, it says that the system couldn't load your profile contact your system administrator.
I'm the sys administrator and don't know how to fix this.
Please help me with this issue.
Thanks!

DOH! First thing make sure they are logging into the Domain and check the users profile on the server to make sure a profile path exists. If a path does exist then check the location of the profile and make sure that some sort of folder is there containing the user profile information. If this is all just muck... let me know.

I had this problem a while back. What happened was the "default user" profile had been deleted from the profile directory somehow. I just copied another one from another workstation and it fixed the problem. From what I understand there are several different things that can cause this problem, so if this doesn't work, check technet.

Check that there is enough hard drive space on the workstation. particularly on old PC's

Some how the Default user folder under profiles was renamed... so I just renamed it to default user and it worked
Thanks!
