At this site they are setting wakeup calls, they are set as I can see them in the system. But when it come to the time for it to call the room I get messages SYST BLKD system blocking caused the attendant return, but I can’t find were or what is blocking it. I also get ATTN RETN call returned to the attendant. Is there some who know Hospitality package that could help with this?
 
is your auto wakeup feature set up in the system? or are you using the MIVS to do your wakeup calls.

MIVS is an Meridian Integrated Voice Service Card. It would be in an IPE shelf.
