Sysprep Parameters 1

When using sysprep, there are four parameter options: quiet, nosidgen, reboot and pnp. My question is where do you use these? would you run sysprep -pnp or do they go in the sysprep.inf file? Any input is appreciated and thanks in advance for your help.
