I can't seem to find this freakin Sysprep tool anywhere. Does anyone here know where I can get a hold of it for Windows XP Pro?

Sysprep for WinXP, WhereTF can I get it!!!

On the CD, there is a folder called TOOLS. In that folder is a file named DEPLOY.CAB. Extract that cabinet file to a directory on your drive. There is a help file in there to explain how to use it. As I recall, the recommended directory to extract to is C:\Deploy.
