SysMon not working on Server 2012 1

I have added the SysMonitor.exe and UDP/TCP 50794 to firewall exception rules. Voicemail (server 2012) is plugged into the same data switch as the IP Office, they are on the same subnet. I launch SysMon and in the title bar it shows "trying to connect to 192.168.130.10".

Anyone had this issue?

You're sure about the password being used is correct?
Have you tried connecting from a different computer?
