sys volume location

Can anyone tell me how to locate the sys volume? I'd appreciate any respone.
 
Not too sure what you mean? Why do you want to locate the SYS volume and what are you using to do so??? -----------------------------------------------------

Hi
The SYS volume is the Main netware volume which contains all the SYSTEM OS files. ie Directories such as PUBLIC SYSTEM ETC MAIL etc. Some Admins on small networks will store Applications and data files on the SYS volumes as well.
To access the volume you must have rights of course, but try this command for a dos prompt.
Map root L:=Servername\sys:
this should map drive L to the Root of the SYS volume.
