SYS log Server

My orginization is looking to setup a System logging server. We would like to setup each Cisco Switch/Router to send there logs to this server. Is this possible? If so, what do I need to set this up on each switch/router.

Also, do you know of any products that would do this?

Check out this link. This will explain how to config a cisco router for sys log.

As for the what type of server, I would go with a Unix box but check out these links.
