Is there a way to synch the global address book with the offline address book in Outlook 2000? I've been playing around with it using the synch options, but can't seem to get it to work...We have many users that work offline and their offline address book isn't up-to-date with what is on the global address book...Thanks in advance!!!

It should synch if you download the address book update while you are logged on to the network. Choose "Tools", "Synchronize", "Dowload Address Book", "Download changes since last synchronization".

I got the same problem and I do "Tools", "Synchronize", "Dowload Address Book", "Download changes since last synchronization", but it gives an error and it doesn't work. I still have my offline address bok empty.

Thanks in advance

Is the server generating the offline address book correctly? If it's been corrupted, you need to delete and regenerate it. DS SIte Configuration has a tab for the OAB.
