Synchronize offline calander with server calander?

Hi,

I one of our mailboxes needs to be read by assistants
The user has an palm 5.0 that synchronizes with his personal offline mail/calander.
Is there any way too synchronize this offline one with the server one?
Or are there other possibility's with the palm?
