Synchronize contacts for two users

Our CEO wants to synchronize his contacts (Outlook 2003) with his assistant. Any changes that either one makes to their contacts should be reflected in the other user's folder immediately.

Is there are way to make this happen?

I too would like to see an answer to this one. I have sucessfully used a handheld device ce and/or palm to sync my office machine and my home machine but this is nothing like automatic. I have read about some internet serivces that provide this kind of service leaving your data out on the net but havent tried it.

well wouldnt it make more sense to create a delegation relationship between the boss and his assistant?
