I am trying to configure Dreamweaver so that I can ftp files directly from the Dreamweaver program. I am getting this message:

Dreamweaver cannot determine the remote server time. The Select Newer and Synchronize commands will not be available.

I tried to use the "put" command to upload a local file I named upload practice.htm. I get the following message:

An FTP error occurred - cannot put upload practice.htm. 553-can't open that file: Permission denied.

Any help will be appreciated.
