synchronization Problem

Hi All,

I run windows 2003 Active directory services on my Network.

I used MS Group Policy to configured synchronisation to occur when users are login on and off their systems and that is working fine.

But I want Users' "my Document" folder made available offline authomatically if suddenly the server is not available online or crashed.

I also want the synchronization icon to show on user's "my
Document" whenever their on or offline.

I want to be able to do this via group policy.
