Dear All,
There is an Outlook/Exchange problem occurring when making or receiving meeting requests between our organization and others. When trying to make these Outlook meetings with external people, the email account no longer allows for synchronization (or cached exchange mode) to function. In Outlook 2003 (in cached mode), we are unable to view any new mail until the corrupt meeting requests are manually deleted from our Exchange server.
