How can I sync Clock on my Domain Controller with some external Reliable Time Server on internet?

How can I syn clock on users desktop on LAN as part of VBScript?

To sync to an external time source:

Follow the section on synching to an external time source.
If this is a Windows Active Directory and machines are Windows 2000 or later, there should be no client configuration. Clients will automatically look to the DC as it's time source.

I do not see the third TAB on my xp PC which is part of Active directory.

Here's the instructions from MS:

Once the time is sync'd on the DC that holds the PDC Emulator FSMO role, other clocks in the domain will sync up properly.
