We just upgraded to Symposium 4.5 Web client however we are experiencing issues with agent's skills differing from Symposium Classic client. Anyone else using Symposium Web client 4.5?

Symposium Web Client 4.5 skills differ from Classic Client

try removing the server from wc and adding it again.
Also what PEP level u have for wc.

Our current software level for Symposium Web Client is 4.5.000.17 SU 0. I understand there is a new release called SU 02 (4.5.2.42) however it has not been GA'd by Nortel.
