Hi all,

I'm just about to install 5.0. Anyone been involved with it?
Has anyone used the new "Virtual Call Centre" feature for Network Symposium?
Any bad bugs or issues that you know of???

The networking portion for Release 5.0 will not be released until June 23 (projected). There are still some issues to be resolved with it (CCS300).
