OK with CCMS 6, you use CCMA to admin the system. However, there is still a "lite" version of the classic client. Usually, you would set up a user id and password on this "lite" client so that the WFM system can log into the CCMS and pull the real time data it needs.
The exact detailed information should come from Aspect. They have to work with Nortel to get access to the Real Time data and make sure they work with each Nortel software release.
Many times the local Aspect rep will not be up on the latest and refer you to their remote support in Nashville. Either way the Aspect WFM representative should provide you with any requirements they need to work with Nortel. Sometimes you need to be firm with them or escalate.
