Symposium callpilot intergration

I have just migrated my mmail to callpilot. I have configured all the ivr/access ports for symposium. All IP address are set according to the books. Callpilot will boot up fine but symposium will not come up. I am down right now and Need help!!!!

Is CP setup as your first application in the PBX?
Which AML have you used for CP and SCCS?

Do you mean to say that the entire server won't come up, or the ACCESS ports??

Try booting symposium first before call pilot

Thanks for everyone. There were two problems. The first was we missed a section in the sccs server where we have to run a nbconfig command to tell it the ip address of the callpilot. And second which was to boot sccs first then callpilot. So I thank you very much for the info.

The first elan that you define in the system, You need define for Call PIlot Service.
The second elan wiil be for Symposium service.

Make the change, reboot and verified both systems.
