symon view multicast issues

we have upgraded our symon view on the server and all the clients but it sees some and some it does not. Any multicast issues you can think of right off

make sure you have enough licenses,, you may need to delete some registrations, and let the machines re-connect..
also, you can check the registry key for PCA type,, I beleive '2' is for Multicast...
