Symbols in Word 2000

A user has just informed me that when he tries to use symbols (ie: bullets, happy faces, etc.) they look correct on screen and in Print Preview. However, they print as something else (box, E, etc.).

Any ideas? All other PCs in the office are fine.

Have you tried reinstalling your printer driver on that machine?
