Hello,
I am currently trying to connect to the Symantec 200 VPN/Firewall for my small office. I have made sure that both the IP Address and Subnet Mask are configured in the same fashion as to what is on the VPN. I have a straight thru cable going from the "test" computer into the LAN ports of the VPN and have a X-over going into the T1 router. All the LED lights are on. And I have double checked with Symantec's Knowledge database on any additional ideas. However, when I go to connect to the appliance from the computer I am at (OS is XP Home), the connection goes on and off and I receive "Request Time out" when I try to ping both the router and the appliance.
Does any one have any ideas? Thank you!
