Symantec Firewall/VPN 200r

Hi,
I am running a Symantec Firewall/VPN 200r and connecting to it with Symantec Enterprise Client VPN v 7.0.1 on a windows XP box. The client will connect to the Firewall no problem but I cannot ping anything on the internal network including the LAN port on the 200r. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
