Symantec Backup Exec 10d Device Pool

I installed a new HP Ultrium 448 into our server last night to replace our Dell DAT72 (which is now showing in the device pool as offline) and it has loaded onto the server fine, registered in device manager, updated drive firmware etc. and yet it will not show up in the device pool for Backup Exec - does anyone have any tips or hints on how to bring it in to use it with a current schedule I have set-up?

*EDIT* It is now showing this morning as HP 1 - but I cannot change any of the jobs to the new device?

Disable and delete all Drives out of Backup Exec and cycle the services.

ALso check windows device manager and system log
