Is there anyway to convert my Sybase SQL Anywhere 9 database to Microsoft SQL 2005 Express?

What kind of objects are in your database? I'm sure you can get the tables and everything in there pretty easily, but any kind of code you have stored for views, stored procedures and such might need to be tweaked to work in SQL Server.
