SX200 ICP>Auto Attendant 1

I've set up an auto attendant that uses 1 single digit mailbox which is mailbox #1. It's going to be used to transfer off net to an external reservations number. I've set up mailbox #1 as follows:
MBX#1 Type:Transfer Name: Reservations: Extension 634
Extension 634 is set to up to call fwd always to abbreviated speed dial bin 106.
Abbreviated speed dial bin number 106. Digit Strings= the reservations toll free number

I call into the a trunk that is terminating to my VM pilot #
AA answers
I push 1 for Reservations
I hear: You are being transferred to Reservations(mailbox name I recorded for mailbox #1)
It rings once and then I hear silence for a few seconds
The auto attendant answers again.

You need to program the VM ports before activating the system option for Outgoing Call Restriction (32?, 35?)

any phones programmed after the outgoing restriction is activated will be set to the vacant room status option.
