SX200 ICP (AX) Boot Failure

Original issue was could not read diagnostic logs in Maint and could not get an ftp backup. Went onsite to see if a firmware upgrade would correct issue, system crashed.

Do I insert a blank CF in slot 2 and a Initial CF in slot 1 to make a new boot disk?

Yes?

It would seem your system OS/DB is corrupt. Replacement will certainly resolve this issue but I can't say if there might be any recoverable data. Good Luck.
