Is it possible once someone has been answered by lets say CCR-1 for example which is ENGLIGH recording that they can have an option to swithc over to another CCR within the same NAM CCR-2 SPANISH recording?

Unless you are a monkey u cannot jump from tree to tree only branche to branche within the same tree.
You can use the same tree but you must give the person an option press 9 to go to the alternate language prompt which would be Spanish in that instance Check in the NAM setup and operation manual that should eliminate the issue look under Recording an Alternate Language Home Menu voice prompt.
