I had a problem on the switchboard. The switchboard screen that the receptionist looks at said "Diagnostic". I unplugged and re-connected the switchboard cable, the problems seemed to have gone away, however on the Switchboard we see something that says "EMERGENCY".
When the message indicated "DIAGNOSTICS" we were not gettin any calls through. After disconnecting and re-connecting the switchboard however we are getting calls, I am not sure how to get rid of the Emergency message.

Can someone help me !!

It is a Meridian Option 11 that I am using.

check for a analog switch on the side of the 2250, might be the problem..

Hey John

I am not sure if you are still looking at this post or not. I tried toggling the side switch but the emergency did not go away. Any other suggestions ?

that slide switch is the only reason i have seen a console do that

John,

it turns out that i was sliding the wrong switch...duh!. The correct one was the one on the bottom of the switchboard labeled "Power Failure". It did the trick!!

I somehow knew that you were right.

Thanks for your help again!
