Switch with stack in Fatal Status

I have a switch that is reporting the stack as being in a fatal operational staus. I cannot find anything anywhere to give me an indication of what this could mean. Does anyone have any advice?

I think the first thing would be "sta health", "disp err" and " disp ala". One of those should put you in the right direction.
