Switch C3560 PS24 Upgrade Operating System Problem

I have Switch C3560 PS24 that needed upgrade Operating System to c3560-advipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEE1.bin from C3560-ipbase-mz.122-25.SEB4/c3560-ipbase-mz.122-25.S
EB4.bin Operating System.
The switch have 16 MB Flash and 128 MB RAM so it require to erase the old flash and install
The new one.

To accomplish this I used:

1. “Erase Flash” command.

In “Step 13 Use the archive download-sw privileged EXEC command to download the software
image to the switch”
(I used tar command for windows - Tar-Gzip.zip from :

http://www.cgi-interactive-uk.com/backup_data_windows.html

To create the archive TAR file that contained the c3560-advipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEE1.bin file).
I also got a note from the ISP support staff that this step isn’t important (I don’t know why)

I tried to use: archive download-sw /overwrite tftp://10.0.0.2/c3560-advipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEE1.tar but I got error on TAR problem:

The answer for this problem is to run the following command:

configure terminal

boot system flash:c3560-advipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEE1.bin
configure terminal
