.swf file showing up in Dreamweaver and Browser but not when up loaded

I am using dreamweaver CS3.
When I add a .swf movie into a page it shows up in dreamweaver and when I open it up in browers to check it the movie runs.

But when I uploaded the files to a webserver the flash file does not show up or run.
Is their a bug or something different I need to do to have the .swf file show up?
I upload all the files even the new script file that is in a folder that dreamweaver CS3 adds when you save. Still nothing.
Does anyone else have this problem of a fix for this problem?

and how is this .swf being referenced on the page? or should we guess at the code you have used.

have you used object or embed?

do we get a url to look at?

what browsers have you tested in.
