SWCA

Hello,

We are using SWCA on a NorStar MISC 6.0 and I notice that one of the SWCA says Call in use, which is normal, but the thing that is not normal that it has been on like that all night. I notice last night it was on and thought nothing of it, but today I see it is still in use which is not right. Is there a way to find out which phone is using the SWCA or how to release it?

Try the Feature * 0 then hit that SWCA key. That might give you a clue as to which set has it, or which line is hung. I saw that condition 1 time and ended up re-booting the system to clear it. That was over a year ago and problem has never shown up again.
