Major issue. My Dell 3100 server just crashed, it won't log in. When it boots up, when it gets to the log in window it shows the following error:

"svchost.exe - application error

The instruction at "0x7c8333f5" referenced memory at "0x001fb47e". The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of "0xc000009a".

OK to terminate
Cancel to debug"

It will never log in. Dell 3100 and now the USB keyobard does not work nor the mouse.

HELP!!!!! This happened after we installed CA Threat Management AV and Pest Patrol with scheduled scan. Server is Avaya Voicemail Pro Server.

Have you tried safe mode? If not, you can get into safe mode by pressing F8 during startup. svchost is the Service Host. So, it's probably an issue with a service running inside it. If you can get into safe mode, uninstall those new programs. You could also go to Start --> Run... and type services.msc. Double-click on any un-necessary services and then disable them.

I am trying to, but the keyboard that I am using are not being recognized so the PC is not responding. The server has only USB ports, so it must not be seeing the keyboard, so it I cannot even get into safe mode yet.

In that case, you may need to access BIOS to enable USB support for the keyboard. You should be able to access BIOS using that keyboard even if Windows can't see it. If that doesn't work, then try booting from a CD like ERD Commander to disable troublesome services. That's assuming you have the boot order set to CDs first, then the HDD...

You were right, function lock worked. Got into safe mode. Now the problem is the screen just sits at a bunch of lines that are similar, "multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\windows\System32\Drivers\Mup.sys"

it is not going any further.....

After some time with the multi(0) statement it reboots and goes back to the error.

Doesn't sound like a hardware issue at this point. You might try checking in the appropriate forum for the OS that is installed.
