Thank you for the feedback and I apologize for the short response. It takes time to sort out and read up on the directions you have given me.
Ok so Cmd 1204 being different means we are talking about a different tenant and the settings for multiple things can be different on a tenant by tenant basis. A quick check would be to change 1204 for this extension to the same as a working one and see if it then works. Note depending on the type of lines you are using, you may also need to change 1212 and 1213 in order for this to work as the CLI will be different and may be rejected by the carrier.
Commands worth a check include but are not limited to Cmd 65, service features can be set here, Cmd 78, in case split call forwarding is set up and Cmd 8A, as the LCR may not be set up correctly for this tenant.
I tried changing 1204, 1212, 1213 at the same time. The result is the same. There is no forwarding from a cell phone.
1213 is also prescribed 11, what is this parameter has not yet been analyzed. I only noticed that if it is set by default, then when calling to other external phones is displayed our one common phone, if you put 11, it is displayed that is specified in 1212. Under the idea is only responsible for the display.
If you take the information on the blade, the number of interest is included in the
11 tenant.
RSC - RCA - full access
SFC - also similar to the “working” numbers.
I went into CM65.
Compared tenant 01, which is the default and 11.
Didn't see any difference. The settings are identical.
All settings are set to 1 except 6529, which is responsible for day and night mode, or day/night/A/B.
In CM78, I checked tenant 11 and 1. Empty, there and there.
With CM8A I will deal as soon as I read the manual, it's not clear what's going on there.
But in general, the phones themselves are set up a bit strange for me by past specialists.
For example:
Internal phone 1000.
I have now assigned XXX-XX-33 to it in 1212
He originally had XXX-XX-99 prescribed in 1212.
But when calling XXX-XX-33 before the change, it rang as well.
When CME600 to another internal phone, for example 4200, what I described in the first post happens.
From internal phones forwarding goes, but from the cell phone calls this device itself.
And CM7601 X33 gives the internal phone 1001 (it is also tied to it (so it should be)).
CM7602 gives 42A7 (I understand that this is a virtual number, which contains the group 4207, 4217, ..., 4297.This is a guess, haven't gotten to the manual and settings yet)
I haven't yet figured out if there is somewhere to see how many external phones are tied to an internal phone. Commands 7601, 7602, 1212 - only work for a single phone binding. Maybe these bindings have some effect, but I'm afraid to touch them yet, because there are many bindings that may be affected by my manipulations.
Make sure in CMD 36 route to route connections are allowed.
Thanks for pointing out the direction. I will study the instructions in this part. It is still unclear where to look for the phone and its binding in these settings.
