Hello,
I have a new SV9100 and for some reason the hold button on the NEC IP handsets puts callers on hold and then attempts to prepare itself for a new line out so the operator hears the same tone as one would when picking up the handset before pressing "0". Of course about 30 secs later the caller gets disconnected as the hold isn't putting them on hold properly. Applies to all extensions.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Cheers.
