Please could someone kindly explain how secondary department groups work. I cannot find enough info on the web.

Could you explain in more detail what you mean? Are you trying to overflow one ring group to a secondary group?

Hi,

I have 4 department groups linked to various extensions. Each department groups extensions are set to ring all per group.

What i want is that if they do not answer for it to ring to a particular extension.

Create a call coverage key of that dept goup on the phone you want to ring and set the delay ring to what you need.
