Sv9100 and sv9500 1

Hello everybody,
I have a system Sv9100 when call from system sv9100 to SV9500 it's okay ringing and i hear voice from sv9500 but sv9500 can't hear voice from sv9100?
What is you thinking about it?

And 1 month ago it was OK, two ways it was good.

This. But always start with what has changed. Stuff like that doesn't happen out of the this air 99.9% of the time.

You're right, But what do you think sip trunk or configuration VLANs?

You beat me to it! Probably a network issue.

Some years ago, I had a company threatening to sue because the phones were not working and wouldn't believe it was his network, claiming nothing had changed on his network. I set up a separate network and moved the system on to it and it worked straight away. The customer then remembered they had recently installed a new antivirus software and backed right down.
