Hello,
Has anyone ever had problems configuring SUS after installations. The whitePages say to goto to configure SUS. But when I try it I get "You are not authorized to view this page". I checked the premissions for that page and there are set right. I have removed and reinstall SUS but I end up with the same thing. I tried to configure it from Start>Administrator Programs> SUS but I still have the same problem. And one other question, what login do I use after installation of SUS to access it via web. I tried a admin account but that does not work aswell.
Thank

Check the permissions in Internet services manager, also you must first have logged in the SUS server before you can use it in the browser

You must have an account on the SUS server with Admin rights.

I am getting the same error message. I am logged in as Administrator and IIS permissions are set to anon.
I have restarted the This is most frustrating. Was this issue resolved last year ?
I can only find 2 posts !
Thanks
Paul

I would check IIS default web site and make sure read, execute is enabled.

I have now given Everyone Read and Execute permissions.
The error message has changed to Error: Access is Denied.

Thanks
Paul
